Sequoias Young and Old - Sequoia National Park

MAKING A RESERVATION

• Please check AVAILABILLITY by emailing proposed days of visit, number of people.

• I check email both in the morning and evening. By return email I will confirm availability.

RATES

• The COTTAGE is $140. per night double occupancy.
• The GARDEN ROOM is $115. per night double occupancy.
• In addition, a mandatory 10% Tulare County lodging tax must be charged.

DISCOUNTS

• 10% discount for elders over 62 years of age.
• 10% artist, writers, community workers--- Single occupancy ONLY.
• Please inquire about discounts for visits longer than four nights.

PAYMENT

• Visa, MC are accepted
• Once dates are agreed upon, I will email the phone number, request you call and give me your visa or MasterCard number. I do not take this number via email.
• Upon confirmation from the bank, one half of the total payment amount will be charged to your card. At that point, I will send an email confirming receipt of payment and send an email with directions.
• The remainder will be charged upon your arrival and check in, at which time you will receive a receipt.
  

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Seven days notice is required for cancellations, except for holiday bookings, and then 30 days are required.
• Guests are responsible for all nights reserved.

CHECK-IN

• 2:00 to 8:00 p.m.
• It is best to arrive before dark, if possible. In spring, sun is setting around 7:30.

CHECK-OUT

• 10:30 a.m.

 

PLEASE:	The entire five acres at Organic Sequoia is NON-SMOKING.
PLEASE:	In consideration for other guests, we also request that those who use CHEMICAL-BASED body sents to please refrain from their use while here.
